ANALISIS KEKERASAN BETON MENGGUNAKAN SUARA BERBASIS FFT (FAST FOURIER TRANSFORM)

Abstract

The compressive strength is one of the main performance of a concrete quality , testing the compressive strength of conventional machines compressive strength test ended with the result of damaging the concrete itself. This study is an analysis technique compressive strength of concrete is done by observing the spectrum of the sound quality of concrete aims to get cues from buffeting pendulum hardness of the concrete, This testing is done by using the voice recording tool recording medium is performed 10 times on each concrete quality recording , the recording is processed using FFT (Fast Fourier Transform ) MATLAB programming . Quality of the concrete used are K150 , K175 , K200 , K250 and K275 , the quality of the referenced namely K250 concrete quality is tested at the age of 7 days - 28 days obtained the minimum frequency 493.2 Hz - 944.8 Hz , maximum peak frequency obtained 0.2dB - 0.4dB , the width of the field ( with band ) 599.8 Hz - 773.8 Hz , and a maximum frequency of 1233.4 Hz - 1247.6 Hz with compressive strength test results 21.97 N/mm2 – 28.7 N/mm2
