Abstract

Benteng Kota Village is located in the Tempilang District, West Bangka Regency. There are 3 potential main tourist destinations in the Benteng City Village. Sembung Island and Gelam Beach, Fort Benteng Kota  and Ketupat War Festival. Tourism development in Benteng Kota Village includes increasing awareness of the community in Benteng Kota Village. Besides that, the basis for tourism development must use local wisdom values. It is also necessary to establish a legal entity that accommodates tourism development in Benteng Kota Village. This legal entity will be able to carry out legal actions as legal subjects.
