PEMAHAMAN HUKUM DAN PENANGGULANGAN KENAKALAN REMAJA DI DESA SRIJAYA KABUPATEN BEKASI

Abstract

Youth is the future asset of a nation. There are many youth associations and activities that are proud of, but we also see a current of moral decline that is increasingly sweeping among some of our youth, which is better known as juvenile delinquency. In the newspapers we often read news about student fights, the spread of narcotics, the use of drugs, alcohol, snatching by teenagers who are in their teens, increasing cases of pregnancy among young women and so on. For this reason, the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya academic community consisting of lecturers needs to provide counseling. The purpose of this counseling is to explain and socialize the legal rules and provide understanding and foster public awareness of the importance of understanding Law acts of juvenile delinquency. The method of implementation starts from the preparation, implementation of extension activities, and evaluation of the results of the extension to the stage of making the report. This counseling was conducted in Srijaya Village, North Tambun District, Bekasi Regency.
