Analysis Of The Suitability Of Beach Tourism And Tourist Satisfaction With Services Facilities At Batu Berdaun Beach, Bangka Regency
Abstract
Tourism is a variety of tourism activities and is supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, businessmen, government and local governments. In Indonesia itself the role of tourism is increasingly felt from year to year. Bangka Island has a natural tourist attraction which will experience good growth if its tourism potential can be developed. Batu Berdaun Beach is one of the tourist destinations in the Bangka Belitung Islands. Seeing the huge potential for coastal tourism, the researchers wanted to analyze the suitability of beach tourism in Batu Berdaun Beach, Bangka Regency and analyze the level of tourist satisfaction with the services and facilities available on Batu Berdaun beach Bangka Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of beach tourism at Batu Berdaun Beach, Bangka Regency and to analyze the level of tourist satisfaction with the services and facilities available at Batu Berdaun beach. The analysis of the suitability of beach tourism data is based on the Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) matrix, while the analysis of tourist satisfaction data uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results obtained from the analysis of tourism suitability in Berdaun, Bangka Regency in terms of biogeophysical aspects of Batu Berdaun Beach, obtained the IKW (Tourism Suitability Index) value at station 1 of 94%, station 2 and station 3 of 96%. The analysis carried out shows that all stations are included in the very suitable category (S1). Mapping through importance performance analysis (IPA) dimensions of service quality and facilities needs to be improved again in the performance section. This can be seen from the many indicators of the quality of services and facilites at Batu Berdaun Beach that have not satisfied tourists
