Study on the Suitability of Beach Tourism for the Recreation Category on the Coast of Air Anyir Village, Bangka Regency

Abstract

Bangka Regency is one of the regencies that has started to develop the tourism sector. One of them is the beach located in Air Anyir Village which is one of the villages included in the KSPP village (Strategic Area for Tourism Development). This research is to analyze the study of the suitability of tourism land in the recreational category. Data collection was carried out in November 2021 at the beaches in Air Anyir Village, namely Air Anyir Beach, Pukan Beach and Koala Beach. Data analysis is based on the Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) matrix. The results of the study
the value of IKW (Tourism Suitability Index) for land on Air Anyir Beach is 90.1% and the value of IKW (Tourism Suitability Index) for waters is 98.0%, Pukan Beach value IKW (Tourism Suitability Index) for land is 100% and the value of IKW (Tourism Suitability Index) for waters is 98.0% and at Koala Beach it has an IKW (Tourism Suitability Index) value for land which is 90.1% while the IKW (Tourism Suitability Index) value for waters is 92.1%. A study conducted at the Coast of Air Anyir Village, Bangka Regency, showed that the coastal area in Air Anyir Village, Bangka Regency, found that the results for all stations were very suitable (S1). The analysis of the suitability of tourism land for all stations is included in the very suitable category for tourism criteria for the recreational category
