PERAN ADVOKAT DALAM PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI TESANGKA DAN TERDAKWA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to encourage and support educators and the younger generation, especially among students, to understand and have broad knowledge of the role of advocates in protecting the rights of suspects and defendants in the judicial process that requires assistance and assistance. The method of delivering material in this activity is done online through Zoom Meeting. The conclusion of this activity is the protection of the rights of suspects and defendants, many of which are inefficient during the Covid-19 pandemic, where there are many obstacles faced by an advocate in providing assistance in the judicial process.
