EKOTONIA was established in 2015, with its title was EKOTONIA: Jurnal Penelitian Biologi, Botani, Zoologi dan Mikrobiologi with the printed version. In 2016 EKOTONIA (Volume 2) was not published and only continued in 2017. Started from Volume 3, Number 1, Juni 2018, the journal was only published by OJS (Open Journal System) using twice language namely Indonesia and English.
