Abstract
Village-Owned Enterprises or abbreviated as BUMDesa is one of the pillars of the people's economy that is very important to build the village economy to be more progressive. Through BUMDesa, the potentials in the village are expected to be managed more professionally but still have a perspective of family values in it with the auspices of the village government as a driver of government autonomy in the village, especially in the field of sustainable economy. The same thing is also applied in Labuh Air Pandan Village, West Mendo District, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. As a village that has access far enough from urban areas, Labuh Air Pandan Village has enormous potential. This must be prioritized by building strong synergy between the Village Government, BUMDesa, and the community as a whole so that these potentials can be managed properly which then becomes an economic improvement in Labuh Air Pandan Village. However, real efforts and the involvement of academics in building this synergy are needed. For this reason, through this service program, various activities have been carried out as the main foundation in building a better village economy through BUMDesa in Labuh Air Pandan Village. Some of the service activities that have been realized include: preparation of draft village regulations on business entities, socialization of village economic development through BUMDesa, assistance with block printing operational equipment, establishment of an "independent business village" community, as well as additional outputs, namely the inclusion of the service implementation team as experts in village economic development assistance and the selection team for the fit and proper test for the election of new period BUMDesa Director officials in accordance with the request of the village.
