The ideal entrepreneur demands values towards the highest possible human qualities. To develop humans into useful beings, it is not enough to provide intelligence, skills or technical expertise. The fundamental priority is to build a good mental attitude first. Because, as the saying goes, knowledge without mental attitude results in injustice, while mental attitude without knowledge is weakness. These two aspects must be present together, because if one of them is absent, it will have a bad impact. Training activities or seminars, whether from students, practitioners, or lecturers, are opportunities for orphanage children to increase their knowledge. The hope is that the abilities and knowledge of the orphanage children will grow. With these various sources of knowledge, children are more eager to carry out other activities outside of formal education activities that must be carried out. The motivation given in these activities makes children feel that being an orphanage child is not an obstacle to continue to develop. The purpose of this training is so that Siti Khadijah's daughter orphanage children are able to understand the importance of entrepreneurial knowledge for life, Siti Khadijah's daughter orphanage children are able to foster their creativity and innovation, and Siti Khadijah's daughter orphanage children realize that they need to equip themselves to face the development of the business world. So that if these goals can be achieved, it will be things and experiences that can be used as provisions for the orphanage children to be more confident in running or starting a business.
