The symptoms that arise due to infection vary so the response and symptoms that arise in catfish injected with A. hydrophilla which have been passed through 4 levels are necessary. A. hydrophilla infection by injection into catfish produces significant clinical symptoms such as inflammation, bleeding, and ulcers. The A. hydrophilla bacteria destroyed using the Koch Postulate method 4 times achieved 50% fish death in the exponential phase occurring between the 4th and 12th hours.
