Abstract

This study aims to analyze the driving and inhibiting aspects, identify the contribution, analyze the tourism object development strategy in an effort to increase the PAD of East Belitung Regency, analyze the stakeholders involved, the position, and the relationship between stakeholders in the development of the Punai Beach tourism object. The method of analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis, contribution analysis, SWOT analysis and stakeholder analysis. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research on the driving and inhibiting aspects of tourism objects are based on the first conclusion of the study. The contribution of Punai Beach tourism objects to the PAD of East Belitung Regency has decreased every year with an average contribution of 0,035 percent. Strategy The SWOT used is an SO strategy, creating a strength strategy to seize opportunities. The tourism management stakeholders are the Head of Destinations and Industry Division and the Head of Marketing and Tourism Institutional Division of East Belitung Regency, the Village Head and Head of Karang Taruna Tanjung Kelumpang Village. The position of all stakeholders is in category II (key player) who has a high influence and interest in the management of the Punai Beach Tourism Object. Relationships between stakeholders in the form of working relationships (professional) as facilitators, coordinators and implementers with the common goal of advancing Punai Beach tourism objects for the better.
