Lokan clams (Meretrix sp.) are one of the species of members of the bivalvia class found on Cemara Beach, Bangka Regency. These clams are used by the community as a livelihood to meet daily needs or sold at high prices. The purpose of this study was to determine the abundance of Lokan clams (Meretrix sp.) and their distribution patterns as well as environmental factors that influence the existence of Lokan clams (Meretrix sp.). The study was conducted in March-May 2024. Determination of stations using the purposive sampling method and data collection using 1x1 m quadrant transects at 3 stations. Data analysis was carried out using Principal Components (PCA). The results of the study showed that the highest abundance was at station 1 with a clustered distribution pattern. The results of the PCA Principal Component analysis showed that the relationship between the abundance of Lokan clams that were correlated was current speed, sand substrate texture and total organic matter (BOT).
