This study aims to determine the external factors of women's entrepreneurial internal factors, to determine the effect of external factors and internal factors on the business performance of women entrepreneurs in shrimp crackers in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency Jambi. The number of respondents used in this study were 58 entrepreneurial women. Determination of samples is by using purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire and then processing data using Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study show that external factors have a significant effect on internal factors. Variable aspects of government policy have a dominant influence on increasing female entrepreneurial internal factors. Internal factors which include aspects of human resources, financial aspects, production and operational aspects and marketing aspects have a significant influence on the business performance of entrepreneurial women in East Tanjung Jabung Regency 62%.
