Jurnal of Tropical Marine Science (JTMS) applies a policy of checking the possibility of plagiarism by using the turnitin application:  https://www.turnitin.com

The maximum tolerated similarity index is 20%. Manuscripts found to have a plagiarism rate above 20% during the similarity check will be automatically rejected, and the author will be sanctioned with a submission ban for one volume in Jurnal of Tropical Marine Science (JTMS).
